Responsibilities:
Knowledge of:
- perform custodial duties to provide a clean and sanitary facility;
- clean and sanitize restrooms;
- conduct basic building maintenance.
Skill:
- scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors using dry and wet mop, wax applicators, and buffers;
- vacuum and shampoo carpet;
- dust and wash walls, woodwork, ceilings, and windows;
- collect and remove refuse from offices and buildings;
- move, lift, carry, and arrange furniture, equipment, and other object;
- remove ice, snow, and debris from sidewalks, streets, and grounds to make area accessible for safe operations.
Ability to:
- follow direction;
- read and write;
- stand for extended period of time;
- lift up to 50 lb.
